Bridal Specialists 

  • Attend to client’s enquiries and reply to them in a timely manner
  • Communicate the client’s needs to vendors
  • Book suppliers and liaise with all relevant vendors for the client in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare outfits and accessories for customers
  • Work with tailor for gown alteration schedules
  • Maintain gown booking records and all client records
Bridal Advisor

Bridal Advisor

  • Provide advice to wedding couples based on their queries
  • Present, promote and sell our services and products to customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Gown Designer Assistant

  • Assist the Gown Designer in preparing for dress tailoring, including procurement of materials, sewing and fitting
  • Helping in researching and conceptualising new gown designs and trends
  • Take part in model casting and behind the scenes preparation for fashion shows, print publications and styled shoots
  • Helping Bridal Specialists in preparing gowns and outfits for couples
Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant

  • Creating written and visual content for web and print publication
  • To assist in lead generation strategies, programs & activities which includes building landing pages etc
  • Research on the latest trends in the wedding industry
  • Provide an in depth understanding of the market trends and assist in product and service development
  • Keeping up to date with current digital trends and to assist in evaluate emerging technologies and to provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Generating performance reports
BDE

Global Business Development Manager

  • Identify new business opportunities & develop new business units for bringing our brand and products overseas
  • Building global vendor relationships to establish our presence as the number one wedding services network
  • Develop and maintain relationship with key industry partners and suppliers
  • Plan and execute marketing, advertising and promotions programmes
  • Conceptualize and develop marketing and campaigns including updates in the website and social media
  • Provide an in depth understanding of the market trends and assist in product and service development

Administration Assistant

  • Data entry for sales, expenses and customer records
  • Must be comfortable with basic excel skills
  • Generate event, customer feedback, sales and commission reports once a month
  • Process claims
  • Time: 3 times of 5 hrs/day per week (could be adjusted depending on pace)
