Well-known for its rice padi fields, Tegallalang at Ubud has got to be one the most visited rice padi fields in Bali. Its rice terraces offers a scenic view, with an array of neat slopes spread across the valley.
The gorgeous vibrant greenery of the padi fields creates a lively atmosphere and effect for your pre-wedding photography. A huge land with such padi fields, definitely does not exist in Singapore!
Next to the padi fields is little roadside, where most tourists and wedding couples have their photographs taken. We suggest that you stay at the edges of the padi fields or at the roadside, as it may be difficult to maneuver with your heavy wedding gown and wedding heels. The inner slopes may be slippery and steep too.

Did you know that the name ‘Uluwatu’ got its name from its natural architectural landscape? ‘Ulu’ means ‘top’ or the ‘tip’ and while ‘watu’ means a ‘stone’ or a ‘rock’ in Balinese? Hence, located 250 feet above the waves of Indian Ocean, that is how it got its name.
The height of the cliffs offers you a magnificent view of the temple as well as overlooking the vast ocean.

The inner sanctum of the pura (temple) is perched at the the edge of a steep cliffs which tower over Bali’s legendary surf breaks at the south. Most travelers enjoy the view of this temple from two different vantage points, from both northern and southern part of the area.

And because of its offshore setting, at times, when the tides are strong, ocean waves can be seen splashing vigorously against the rocks of the temple! This is certainly a splendid view to take for your pre-wedding photography.
However, just be sure not to go too near to the ocean, in case you get drenched too.

Saving the best for last, Bali beaches have been recognised as one of the finest and gorgeous beaches in the world. Its water may not be as emerald-ly clear compared to Hawaii, but it does offer you a vast outlook of the ocean.
Some of the popular beaches in Bali include, Kuta beach, Jimbaran beach, Seminyak beach and Canggu beach etc.
Our advice is, capture your pre-wedding photography during dusk, and when you see the heart-stirring sunset and its rays of colours, you would understand why.
