La Belle was recommended by a friend who was also a past customer. We were impressed on our first visit by May Ling who attended us patiently and allowed my wife to try on several gowns and provided very helpful recommendations on the type of gowns that was suitable for my wife. Even though La Belle wasn't the cheapest studio that we visited, we still decided to sign up with them as their packages are more flexible. Our bridal coordinator, Peiwen was extremely professional in her suggestions for the bridal gowns and groom's suits. Her warm and easy going personality made us felt very comfortable and at ease. Our pre-wedding photographer Dick, was very experienced and professional and that showed in the quality of the photos taken. Shirley who was our makeup artist for both the pre-wedding shoot and actual day, gave my wife a makeover which we were very happy with. We would also like to thank Rayden for his suggestions and advice in the selection and organization of our pre-wedding photo album. All in all, a big THANK YOU to May Ling, Peiwen, Dick, Shirley and Rayden for making our wedding journey a wonderful one!

My fiancé and I signed up for the AD package during the ‘Say I Do’ event after viewing their gown collection during our previous visit to the boutique. Although the price of the package was relatively higher compared to other bridal shops, but you’ll get what you pay for. In terms of design and quality, I must say that their gown collection is one of the best that i have seen thus far! I’m not exactly done with viewing the entire collection but am already spoilt for choices. Special commendation to May Ling who was extremely patient and professional right from the start; we clicked immediately because she was all that we were looking for in a bridal consultant. - no hard-selling, provided great service, recommendations and advices and a really nice lady to talk to! Through all our conversations, we felt assured that we were in great hands. Experience with Labelle has been great thus far and we definitely look forward to our upcoming gown selection!

So far so good. Attended by May Ling - very welcoming and attentive to our needs. My fiancee was very happy to be able to find the gown she loves - after failed attempts at a few other bridal studios. The designs of the gowns at Labelle Couture feels modern and suit our taste. The 'wishing stars' concept provide us with the flexibility to pick n choose only the items that we need. I had my first gown try out yesterday at LaBelle and the experience was also wonderful. Elaine was awesome! She was very patient and observant. She quickly grasp the style that I like and those that would suit my body shape. She could sense when I did not like a certain detail and immediately went to take a next one which was totally my kind of gown! I really appreciated that she gave me her professional opinions on what gowns or neck lines would suit me better and explained in detail. We didn’t have an appointment and walked-in la-belle in a Saturday. It seems all the slots in the afternoon were booked then May Ling approached to us and helped us to arrange a slot in the evening. She was very patient, friendly and explained us the package in details without being pushy in selling the packages. All of our queries were attended in a professional manner, in the meantime, she also provided us several useful advice. A warm thank you to May Ling and the team in La-belle, not only for the wonderful service, but also for the patience, as after we signed the contract it was already 9:10pm, while the operating time was till 9pm for La-belle. To Lynnette, Mayling, Karen, Jermaine, Boon Teck, Winnie, Rayden, and all other “unsung heroes” in La belle, just want to say a very big thank you for all the help and advices rendered to Robin and myself :D Lynnette and Mayling was very professional and never failed to help us by answering all our queries. They are very friendly and patient, besides taking charge of the planning and coordination, they also gave good advise on what is necessary for our ideal wedding photography. Jermaine and Karen have assisted in choosing the right suits and gowns for us in very professional ways, they are very sweet ladies too, the trying & gown fitting sessions were filled with laughters, and my gowns have won so many praises. Boon Teck was our Photographer, he is also very sincere and friendly, his photography skills is very impressive, and Winnie was our make up & hairdo artist. We have a hard time to choose the best of the best of our album, luckily Rayden very patiently guided us along for choosing right theme and feel for the album, I haven got the album but I know it’s in good hand. Last but not least, all the staff in La belle are very friendly, you’ll be welcoming by their smiles and greet once you step in La belle, so pleasant. Our friend recommended La Belle Couture to us and we were very satisfied with the overall package! We did not specify which bridal specialist we wanted, and were assigned to be under Pei Wen's care. She has a very warm and cheerful disposition and was such a joy to work with. She would also go the extra mile to ensure that we are happy with our gowns and suits. That leaves us a great impression on her. May Ling was also very nice to talk to; she was the first person whom we talked to in Labelle. Her introduction to the different packages were very clear; she was also not pushy in selling the packages to us. The decoration from Rosette was also very good! Our friends were very amazed by the whole setup. Jermine's service was great and the setup was on time. We were very happy that they were part of our wedding. Overall, the service is excellent, the staffs here are very approachable and friendly.

Went down for a promotional event last year with my fiancé and was particularly taken by the stars system they have in place, which we thought allowed greater flexibility in the selection process. We were fortunately assigned to La Belle’s in-house designer, Lucas, who was really welcoming and patient with us- a newly engaged couple with close to zero clue on the various gown types/designs available in the marketplace. The next thing we knew, following an educational and highly promising conversation, we signed a package with them. At the actual day gown fitting, Lucas, together with Elaine, assisted us with gown selection. Aside from truly understanding what we were after, they made the selection process a comfortable and fun experience all in all. In particular, Lucas’ dedication to his craft is truly commendable, evidently going the extra mile to understand our preferences instead of adopting a cookie cutter approach. Elaine too, was helpful in facilitating the selection and fitting process, and displayed an eye for detail. We are assured that we are in good hands, and have no doubt that the next session would likewise be a breeze.

Lucas, the chief designer of La Belle Couture helped to pick out my gowns and I'm so impressed by his observance and sharp eye for details. I'm an extremely fickle person so to speed up the process I told Lucas to pick a few dresses for me based on his expertise. He looked at my body shape and proposed that I try the mermaid cut. He also suggested that for my march in, I can go for a ball gown because W's ball room has a nice high ceiling and rather spacious so it'll look nice in the pictures/videos. I heeded ALL his advices and out of the 5 gowns he picked out for me to try, I confirmed 2 on the spot lol. The process was so efficient and fuss free even J was impressed! Before we left, Lucas took my measurements for gown alterations and the next time we met was 2 days before the wedding. I tried the gowns for the last time and although one of the gowns was still too big at the waist, Lucas got it fixed in under 20 minutes.

1) My bridal coordinator was May Ling. We didn’t had an appt but walked-in instead. Despite it, she served us very patiently and was detailed in the packages details. Unlike other bridal stores, Labelle was very transparent with their pricing which I appreciate ! I liked how May Ling was not pushy AT ALL. In fact, she answered all our queries and gave us ample time to think and decide. Throughout my wedding process, May Ling also helped a lot by providing me a clear schedule. There were a couple of times that I made last minute changes but she was able to promptly assist me, including helping me find a gown that was comfortable. 2) My other bridal coordinator was Germaine who was very patient in helping me with the dresses and hand bouquet selection. 3) MUA Anna was allocated by May Ling and I loved her !!!! Her make up was very light and she was able to replicate all the hairstyles that I wanted, even suggested better ways to do my hair. During my wedding day, Anna also took the extra effort to fetch my parents down to the banquet hall. Much appreciated ! 4) My PWS was done by Dick. He’s a very funny and “on” guy - able to accede to all requests and went all out to help me during the shoot, including helping me pin the wedding veil and carrying our stuff. 5) AD was by Kzen whom we loved as well. She is very easy-going, very friendly and I liked how she didn’t ask us to pose too much but preferred to capture candid moments. Thank you Labelle for the great service !

Came across La Belle in Nov when they were having a FB promotion and met Lucas + Jimmy. They were the friendliest bunch - even though we came in without a clue of how to plan a wedding in 8 months, both of them patiently walked us through what we needed to do, the considerations and helped us to enjoy the process :) Also, everyone in La Belle (Rayden & Mayling) is super friendly and welcoming, taking care of you even if you were not assigned to them. Just feel very comforted as they are very reassuring and willing to share advice. Come gown selection, we were assigned to Elaine who we understand is new with the team. She is cheery & extremely helpful as I was trying on the gown - legitly would not have been able to put on the dresses 50% of the time if she wasn't there to help me with it! Best of our experiences definitely came from Lucas who is the chief design officer for La Belle's gowns. He is friendly, patient, willing to go the extra mile and has tons of great advice. :) Bwahahaha, noob as we are, he has given provided us recommendations on hairstyle, hair color, spec frames we should get, etc etc. Thanks so much for giving us such excellent service! We are never happier to have chosen La Belle as our bridal shop.

Labelle was one of the first highly recommended bridal boutiques that my fiancé and I visited and I am pleased to report that no other boutiques that we visited after came close to the level of care and professional advice that Lucas, Jimmy and Elaine provided us. Their wealth of experience and immaculate taste made it an easy decision for us to sign our wedding package with Labelle and our recent experience in gown selection was absolutely fantastic as well. We chanced upon La Belle when we were planning for our marriage last year. Jermaine has been very upfront with us on the costs and expectations. It's a great pleasure to be a part of Labelle's big family! I came across Labelle's instagram and fell in love with their exquisite designs (& Labelle's has my dream gown!!!). My fiance and I attended the "Say I Do" workshop last Saturday and felt that they were not pushy and gave us many tips and advices on our big day. Our consultant, Frida, was very patient in listening to my concerns of the gowns suitability and had reassured us with many pictures and made recommendations on other alternative wedding gowns. She also shared with us some pictures on other couple’s prewedding photoshoots (local and overseas) which had also cater to our needs. Halfway through the session, Rayden (photo&design specialist) also sat down with us to share with his thoughts on our concerns with the photoshoots which were very helpful. This is Gonna be a Long review because I am just SO damn happy after stepping out of La Belle. � Very delighted that I have decided on the most crucial part of my dream wedding - choosing the perfect dress for @Jason Lim and my special day. It just seemed so timely! I asked @Melvin Lim for Bridal studio recommendation and he invited us to join him and Shiwen on 3Feb2018, to visit La Belle (for them to collect their actual day wedding pictures - not knowing there it was the roadshow), we arranged our time. It was just pure coincidence (maybe a sign?)! The very next morning, as I scrolled through Instagram, La Belle’s 3rd Feb 2018 roadshow popped up in the newsfeeds. So I immediately made an appointment! Big thanks to Melvin Lim and Shiwen’s recommendation to try out La Belle. On 3rd Feb, Jason and I felt right at home when we entered La Belle Studio. Thanks to Pei Wen’s great service and attentive responses to address my needs. Her very first question to me, “What is the deciding factor for your choice of bridal studio?” and I said, “The dresses!” She was very focused on showing me the entire portfolio of dresses, and within 30mins of entering the studio, we got the chance to view the 2 floors selection of dresses! And it was there on ghe 2nd floor I saw THE-dress! Thank you to Pei Wen and Jimmy C. for patiently tending to our requests and addressing every single concern we had. I am very happy and grateful that La Belle will be part of our big day. Lastly, I like to share a picture of the inspiration (below). I loved Shiwen’s actual day hairdo and gown. It made her look like a beautiful princess, I just had to take a photo of her back profile. Loved the blue tinge colours added to the skirt, which made the princess-feel come alive. These small details just influenced me to imagine how I would like my dream wedding dress to be, and it made an impact! (see post)

Jinni & Rayden were very helpful in clearly explaining to us the package offered by la belle. The wishing stars system provides for good flexibility in tailoring the package to our desires. The price may be just a little higher than other places but you are getting quality gowns that outweigh the costs. One thing la belle can improve on to provide higher service levels is the gown rack displays. They are hung at a height and are quite difficult to see. Coupled with the fact that they only allow two gown try ons, it will really help if a picture is attached on each gown on the racks to have a clearer vision of the gown. Nevertheless the workmanship, design and fits of the gowns are way better than other bridal shops that we have visited. Thanks La Belle Couture for the unique journey in choosing my dream gown!

Labelle Couture was chosen as there were many good reviews and my wife’s cousin also took up their services before. And to no surprise, their services were fabulous and commendable. From the gown selection process by their consultant, Ms Karen Koh to the MUA Ms Jovis to the pre-wedding shoot photographer, Mr Kenny. They were superbly professional. And of course their gown designer, Mr Lucas is very friendly and amicable as well. He will give constructive suggestion to ensure that the BTB bring out the flavor of the gown he designed. Special thanks to Karen especially, who really was there my wife to make sure that she was able to choose the desired gowns and have to accommodate to our busy schedules, though her appointments were very packed as well. Trust me, you wouldn’t be surprised to see most of the clients in the bridal shop are all waiting for Karen’s consultations. During the photo selection process, Mr Rayden had been very patient and helpful with our choices and wow the results of the photo album was astonishing great and we received a lot of great comments from our relatives when they saw the album. Of course, not forgetting Boon Dick, our AD photographer. Very patient with us and able to bring out our smiles in the photos. Definitely, the whole process from preparation to AD is very long. Approximately a year from the day we signed the package deal with them, but the whole one year process was a very enjoyable and fruitful one with Labelle Couture. Really a 5 star recommendation. Every money spent was superbly well spent to ensure a wonderful route to happiness.

We love how flexible their packages are and how we can choose all gowns & suits without any top up costs. Peiwen was my coordinator and she has been nothing less than a great help throughout my journey :) Service was top-notch. I love the passion Peiwen has for her job. She is sincere in helping you to find the gown that you want. Besides gown rental, I've also engaged their in- house photographer, makeup and bouquet. I was at first scared because I've heard friends sharing their unpleasant experiences with their bridal boutiques. From then I was assigned Jermaine as our consultant. To say it simply jermaine is probably one of the main reasons I will forever fondly remember my marriage preparations. She was very helpful and frank with her opinions. A fast and efficient person, definitely an asset to LaBelle. Jermaine has grown from just being a consultant to a very good friend to both my wife and I. Always cheerful and smiling bringing a smile to our faces even if we had a bad day at work. Never once did she express any form of displeasure when we couldn't make up our minds About the gowns. Never said no, always a can when we request for a few stuff. We found out Jermaine was new to LaBelle after a few months, we had no reason to suspect she was new(she was that professional and efficient). We found out about Labelle couture through referral from family and made an appointment with Peiwen. We were greeted by both Peiwen and Lucas, and my wife took a liking to their gowns. And we signed up on the spot! 6 months prior to our wedding, we decided to do a pre-wedding shoot and it was quickly arranged. The prewedding photographer, Dick was very proficient and experienced! He guided us through and helped to break the ice. For our makeup artist, Shirley was amazing and skilful. She was patient and very experienced. For our bridal coordinator, Peiwen, she has a good eye especially on the outfits that are suitable for both my wife and myself. Indeed, my wife and mother-in-law were impressed with her. Throughout the process up to the actual day, she has been nothing but amazing. She was able to provide tips to lookout for, like for eg, to prep our hair for the prewedding shoot. Our overall experience with Labelle was wonderful and Peiwen really went the extra mile for both my wife and myself. We are indeed very fortunate to have her as our bridal coordinator. My wife and I finally settled all our stuff after our wedding and have proper time to write this review for Labelle. The service from start to finish was amazing, we made an appointment with several boutiques along the Tanjong Pagar stretch, and La belle was the only one which my wife had a liking to their gowns. After which we were greeted by Mayling and she showed us their packages and points system in which we were able to customize our bridal package to our needs. It did not take us long to sign up for their AD/PW and AD Photography package. We did not have a wedding date set yet at the time as we were looking for a venue. After we found our wedding venue and had set a wedding date which was only 6 months away, Mayling was quick to help us arrange for an appointment for a fitting. The Bridal coordinator assigned to us was Jermine, she was able to help my wife with all her requests and needs. My wife liked how efficient Jermine was with helping her in selecting the right gown. Jermine helped us with gown selection and fitting prior to the Pre Wedding shoot which was amazing as the gown was altered immediately on the spot if there were any issues with it. Jermine also gave us advice on steps to take to prepare our body and faces ready for the Pre Wedding Shoot. Our Pre Wed Photographer was Kenny, who was able to help us with our awkwardness in front of the camera. Especially with me as I kept blinking when he took the photos. Both my wife and I were extremely camera shy. After the Pre Wed Photos were ready for collection, Rayden displayed the photos our for our selection. However both of us were sick on that day, therefore we did not talk to Rayden much, but he was able to recommend us on the selection of frame and layout which he was flexible in altering it for us. On the final gown collection day before the wedding day, Jermine and her collegues helped with our Car Ribbon efficiently helped us in loading the gown and album onto our car and even gave us a shemergency gift kit before we left.(my wife's feedback about the gift was that it should probably include a small make up remover kit) Our overall experience with La Belle was amazing and Jermine really went the extra mile for my wife in altering and the selection process. We were quite lucky to get Jermine as our Bridal Coordinator as Jermine was very responsive to our requests and needs prior to the fitting/photoshoot and the wedding itself.

I had good experience with Jermine who was very accommodating to my needs to change appointments/gown trials and many other things. Though sometimes she tends to forget things but that's ok. La belle also has lots of pretty gowns, but go for it early before its booked by others. My makeup artist, Jessie, is very talented in term of make-up and hair-do. Her fish-bone braids was superb. I'm very satisfied with her service. Reason why I didn't rate 5 star is because of the manicure experience. It's incl in my package. But at the time I went to the manicure shop, half-way done with the nails then I realized that the owner (who partners with La belle) has shifted out and I had to pay for the manicure by myself; caused me a lil hassle to get a refund from La belle.

We found out about La Belle through social media and decided to head down to the boutique to check out their gowns as well as wedding packages. The greatest challenge that we faced during our selection process was that there were too many options (both bridal shops and gowns) available. After visiting 4-5 shops, we finally decided on La Belle due to the flexibility of their wedding packages as well as the quality service received from the staff on our first day when we were there. Most importantly, we had a fantastic bridal consultant assigned to us. Our bridal consultant, May, went all out to find a gown that we like. Even though we changed the gown that was selected for our prewedding shoot last minute, May was still very willing to help with the reselection despite her busy schedule. For the actual day gown selection, May did a great job in helping to find the most suitable gowns. Additionally, the groom’s tuxedo (custom-made) was tailored exactly like how we wanted it to be. There was also a very thoughtful gift - the shemergency kit provided by La Belle in case of any emergency. We are very pleased with the commendable customer experience from all staff at La Belle. Our coordinator Pei Wen is knowledgeable and patient. Strongly recommend anyone considering LaBelle's services to request for Pei Wen. Kenny, their in-house photographer, was professional and humourous. This made us feel more relaxed in front of the lens. We had great PWS experience with Kenny. However, Ken the photographer for our AD was a great disappointment. I have summarized into the following points below: 1. He only contacted my husband only 2 days before AD for details (eg. time, address etc) and discussion. 2. He broke our Bell Jar Ring holder few minutes before our ROM ceremony. My husband had warned him several times beforehand that the handle of the jar was very fragile: But Ken didn’t heed his advice. Excuses were provided instead of apology. 3. Our AD was 1 Jul 17. But finalized copies of AD was only received in Oct. Ken’s initial editing for our photos were rejected by us because of the outrageous & random colour contrast. We eventually got to know that he had left Labelle shortly after our AD, which also contributed to the delay in receiving our photos too. Talking about professionalism here… Eventually our AD photos were edited by Rayden, our coordinator for PWS and AD photos. Thank you Rayden for being professional in resolving the AD photo issues. Overall we enjoyed our experience with Labelle Couture, except for Ken who had disappointed us greatly.

We walk along Tanjong Pagar to shop around for our pre wedding photography, Lucas attended to us, he was very sincere and cute without hard selling La belle package, we felt very comfortable with him, it was a simple package without much frills and was what we needed, not like other bridal shops which push us to get what we didn’t need. He gave us a simple tour and as well as see the gowns and we kept a mental note on Lucas and took some time to make final decision. When we went down again before making payment, Lucas patiently let me try 2 of the wedding gowns, as he is a gown designer, he easily pick up the gowns which suit my body type thus we were really reassured. Following, we had Karen who did the rest of the coordination for us, Karen is excellent! Ever so patient, dedicated,encouraging and friendly with us. Again we feel so at home and comfortable everytime we step into Labelle. They make the long and tedious process so fun and exciting. Kenny was our photographer and he was so cool and funny and take time to understand what theme we wanted. We really had a lot of fun during our photo shoot which initially thought will be very tedious. All thanks to Kenny and also our MUA Vivi who has did a great job in our makeup and hairdo! They are so creative! The final touches belongs to Rayden who did a wonderful job in building the final album and ever so patient with us for choosing all the beautiful photos we have. The photos really turn out very beautiful and dreamy as what we would have dream of and the whole process was really an enjoyable 1 till we wish that we wanna take every year. Thank you Labelle! My fiance Edwin and I had our photo shoot last month. We waited excitedly and anxiously for our photo review and I must say, today we are impressed. Our photographer, Kenny, is really good and professional in his work. He is able to capture our love in pictures and bring out the best in us. Prior to the photo shoot day, he spoke with us to find out our likes and expectations (to understand us better). On the day itself, he gave us a lot of ideas and suggestions on how we can make the best out of the shoot. At the outdoor location, he would recce for the best shoot location and test-try before we get down with the shooting. I loved my dress so so much and I must honestly say that fittings and alterations were well done and prompt enough. Only reason why I didn't give full stars is that I felt that I only got proper service when both my husband and I were there. When I tried dresses on my own at first, the response from staff wasn't nearly as warm. That said, because hubby joined me after that, we did get good service and big smiles. MUA was Anna and she was really nice and sweet.

I am writing this review while waiting for the tying of the bridal car decor. I absolutely loved the experience at La Belle Couture. We were looking at some of the bridal shops near tanjong pagar when we stumbled upon this little gem. One of the sales rep, May Ling was such a joy to talk to. Even though we came without an appointment, she swiftly arranged her schedule for an appointment with us the same day, especially since it was so busy due to it being a public holiday. We got the package on the spot, and was fortunate to be served by May and Coco subsequently. Even though May Ling was not one coordinator, but still went the extra mile for us, even joining us for our fitting, and helping us whenever possible along the way. May was such a joy to work with (other then the occasional teasing). Coco was very professional in the choosing of our photos, and was helpful and flexible in working with our demanding requests. I originally wanted to write a full review after my actual day, but i just thought that i should say my thanks to a few of the angels that have really helped us a great deal in our wedding prep! Firstly, the reason why we had signed up with Labelle was because of Rayden. He was the first person who managed to convince us that Labelle would be a great choice in helping us prepare for our big day. Now, i am really glad we did so! He's funny, sincere and experienced. We also met him during our photo selection process and I was worried at the beginning that it is going to be a stressful event. However, it actually turned out to be very enjoyable because of Rayden. He's not pushy and actually bothered to understand our priorities. I think this is a very important criteria and this is the kind of service that customers would really want in such a competitive industry. Secondly, our coordinator, Peiwen. I have heard lots of great reviews of her and i am very lucky to have her as my coordinator. She's helpful, EXTREMELY patient and provides good advice. Our gown and suit selection process was enjoyable every time because of her. Labelle gowns are indeed all very lovely, but she knows which are the ones that suits you the best. With her help, i was able to find a couple of gowns that i really love. I couldn't thank her enough. And because she's very approachable, I already feel she's like a friend to me. :) And of course, Ken, who had taken our pre-wed photos. They all turned out better than expected. Thou she was "smiling" and trying to "joke" with us, it was so fake and you could not sense any sincerity at all. She even "joked" that we could leave after showing us some wedding gowns collection! We visited afew other BS before and received top notch service, hence was shocked to experience otherwise. She even slammed other BS saying their gowns are "cheena". I have to rate them 5. We met them at BOWs. Without walking further, we stopped at our first stop, La Belle. We were attended by Coco, she is friendly and bubbly! We could even feel her genuine and passion when serving us. Despite so, we told her that we need to think about it and also listen to other booths before making our once in a lifetime decision. La Belle is professional, like other bridal company, everyone wants sales, but what they made me feel is, they are confident in giving us the best in our lifetime memories. Thus, we signed their package. Till now, i have undergone a few stages, first appointment to gown selection to gown fitting to photoshoot to photo selection. From stages to stages, i could say i met the best people. In la belle, each couple has their designated coordinator, our coordinator was Geraldine, she helped us with our gown selection with patience, making sure that the gowns I choose are the ones I really want. Geraldine went on to pursue her dream to become a make up artist, thus leaving us to the good hands of her colleague, Karen. She is amiable, always willing to listen and help. In the midst of this transition period, we saw the unity and the selflessness in La Belle. Despite us being under Karen, other staffs attended to us, namely Paris and Lucas. I truly adore Paris, she is such a sweet lady! Lucas is another rare gem, bringing joy and laughters to us. And not to forget the lady with fine hands, Justina, who is at the back of the scene making adjustments for our gowns and suits! Even lady boss Peiru attended to us with one of the gown selection session. How lucky we are. Next, I have to compliment our photographer, Ken! We simply love him, as a person, he has super powers, he is able to give us the right direction, make the atmosphere calm and relaxing. Having photoshoot with him, is not tiring at all. He has his ways to take photos in his perfection. Ken, you are awesome! We have just went through photo selection with Coco and Karen yesterday. 107 well taken photos by Ken. I was touched by his work. Coco made the session easy for us, going through step by step, enabling us to filter and make choices easier. I left La Belle, with a happy heart yesterday. I am looking forward to 8 weeks later, for the edited photos and layout viewing. They are not creative, doesnt provide unique idea of individuality for each client(repeat old design n give e same design to all) and always push back on dateline. The personal never to engage with for your design is Coco and rayden.(Terrible team) Coco is extremely rude, provide very bad service. Was recommended by a friend to try La belle, and we are immediately impressed while browsing their unique pretty gowns from outside the boutique. It wasn't long before we were warmly invited in despite having no appointment. We were served by Lucas and Vyen. Lucas was spot on in picking up and detecting what styles we liked and all his recommendations were stunning and suited me perfectly. We really like to commend them for their patience with us and letting me try heaps of dresses! They were very intuitive to our needs and flexible to accommodate our requests. Amazing gowns + caring and intuitive stylists/staff + good photographers = the perfect bridal boutique. :)

I'm reali glad we've chosen the right bridal shop for our once in a lifetime event. As most of them have reviewed, Labelle is not pushy and will only sell you what you need. My coordinator, Peiwen is so patient, responsible and accomadating thruout our whole wedding process. V thankful for her. My photo selection & video editing is done by Rayden hu is very helpful and not pushy during the photo selection. Lucus, the designer help me w my gown selection & give me lots of ideas which type of gowns are more suitable for my size & height. Pg, Kenny, v happy & satisfied w all the photos he have taken for us, v experienced to teach us all the poses & how we shd smile too. Vivi, my MUA, 1 word 'amazing' & shes v dedicated to her job , i reali love all the styles she did for me & i feel so assured when shes ard as i know she will definitely make me look perfect. Overall, v thankful for all of them...Keep up the gd job!!!
