Q: Does your online shop offers all the gowns that you carry?

Unfortunately not. At the moment, our online shop only offers wedding gowns/ dresses from our Simplicity & Bridal Separates collection.

Q: How does your online wedding dress rental work?

– First, browse through our collection of dresses to find the dress you love.
– Next, Select the rental period for your choice of dress and check out.
– Upon receiving your order, we will contact you within the next working day to confirm the availability of the dress on your indicated rental period.
– Once the order is confirmed by us, simply turn up for the fitting session.
– Finally, collect the dress at our shop on your specified date, preferable 2-3 days prior to the date of your wedding/ photoshoot.
– When the event is over, return the dress to the shop the next day or by the last day of your rental period.

– In the event that the gown that you have chosen is unavailable for your specified rental period, we will process a full refund via the mode of payment that you have paid for the order. Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for the refund to be successfully processed.

– Appointments are to be made in advance for the fitting session, collection and return. The fitting session is best to be held at least 6 -7 days before the date of your wedding/ photoshoot to allow ample time for alteration if required.

Q: Am I able to bring the dress overseas for my wedding or photoshoot?

Yes, we allow you to bring the wedding gown/ dress for overseas use.

Q: Am I able to purchase the wedding dress/ gown instead of rent?

Yes, please kindly contact us directly if you prefer to purchase. For purchase, kindly note that these are not brand new pieces. The retail price of each dress is indicated on the product page.

Q: Are there any additional charges for alteration of the dress?

No, alteration if required is complimentary.  

Q: Do I need to dry clean the dress prior to returning?

Nope! We take care of all dry cleaning. You just receive it, wear it, enjoy it and send it back.

Q: How do I choose the perfect wedding dress?

You can use our search filters to help you narrow down your choices by silhouettes and necklines.

Q: Are there any various sizes for each of your wedding gown/ dress?

No, unfortunately, each of our wedding gown/ dress is only available in one size. Although minor alterations can be done to ensure that the gown/ dress fits you like a glove, we will not recommend for you to choose a dress that you think will not fit you. We provide specific measurements for each gown/ dress on their individual product page for you to refer to.

Q: What sizes are your wedding gowns/ dresses?

The sizes of our gown/ dresses varies. We provide specific measurements for each gown/ dress on their individual product page for you to refer to.

Q: How do I know if the dress fits me?

First of all, you can use our reference measurement & fit guide to determine your size. Once you have your measurements, compare them to the measurements of the dress you love on the sizing chart which can be found on it’s product page. Alternatively, if you are still unsure, you can book a gown fitting session at our shop before placing your order.

Q: Can I try on some of your gowns before deciding to place my order?

Yes, absolutely! Click here to book a gown fitting session. You can either choose the Style & Fit Consultation Session or the Private Fitting Session.

Wedding Décor & Props Rental  

Q: What is the difference between DIY Photo Gallery Table Props Rental Set and Themed Wedding Reeption Décor?

Our DIY Photo Gallery Table Props Rental Set is the simplest, most popular and affordable way to spruce up your wedding reception, where you get to showcase your wedding photos on a beautifully styled table. It comes in the form of a ready-styled prop set with 3 different themes for you to choose from. It will be packed nicely, and all you need to do is to pick it up and have your bridal entourage help set up by following the pictures references provided at your wedding reception!

On the other hand, if you prefer a more complete wedding décor setup for your wedding reception that has a WOW factor, then our Themed Wedding Reception Décor will be ideal. Transform your wedding reception venue to an instantly instagrammable venue with our carefully thought out styling and props available in 5 different themes for you to choose from. With a more extensive and holistic setup including a reception table setup, a photo gallery setup and a custom signage, your guests will be left with an even deeper impression of your wedding. No DIY is required here, as our stylists will be there to help you with the setup, thus all you need to do is to sit back and relax.

Q: Am I able to swop some of the items from one theme to another theme?

Unfortunately, no. Each of our pre-designed theme has been specially curated by our team of wedding stylists, and it is not recommended to swop items in order for the overall theme to be consistent throughout.

Q: What can I expect the condition of the wedding décor and props?

Although we try our best to maintain and upkeep the props, minimum signs of wear and tear may still be noted due to overtime use.

Orders And Payments

Q: What modes of payment do you accept?

We are a fully automated online e-commerce store with a checkout function. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards via our e-commerce system. Alternatively, you may also pay via cash, bank transfer or cheque if you visit our store.

Q: Are there are any other charges that I have to take note of?

Our prices are nett, and although there are no additional charges, please do note that a security deposit payable by cash, cheque or bank transfer only, is required upon collection of each item as follows:

– $300 per gown/dress for local use

– $500 per gown/dress for overseas use

– $250 for wedding décor and props

This will be fully refunded upon return of the item in its original condition and within the specified rental period.

Q: When will my card be charged?

Your credit card is charged as soon as we receive your order.

Q: How long is the rental period for your wedding dress, wedding décor and props?

Wedding Dress Rental:
The rental period is 7 days, inclusive of the day of collection and return.

Note: It is recommended for you to return the outfits on the day immediately after your wedding. This is because some stains may have aged if not treated as soon as possible, leading to the damage of the gown material., which may incur charges. Please do not treat stains on your own and allow us to handle it with professional tools.

Wedding Décor & Props Rental:   
The rental period is 3 days, inclusive of the day of collection and return.

Q: Are there any late fees if I return my item/s late?

If you do happen to miss your return date and send your item back late, it will be considered an extension of rental period and the extension charges are as follows:

Wedding Dress Rental:
Additional charges of $300 per 7 days will apply for extension of rental period of each gown/ dress.

Wedding Décor & Props Rental:   
Additional charges of 10% of the rental per additional 1 day will apply beyond the maximum rental period of the first 3 days.

Your credit card may be charged for the late fees if you haven’t returned the item back by the due date, in the event where there isn’t sufficient amount to offset from the security deposit. A notification for this charge will be sent to you by SMS or email.

Q: Where do I collect/ return the wedding dress/ wedding décor and props?

Collection and return of all items will be at our shop located at 87 Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 828778.

Q: How long before my event should I rent the wedding dress, wedding décor and props?

– We recommend a minimum lead time of 7 days to rent the weddimng dress, wedding décor and props prior to your event. This is to allow ample time for the fitting session and alteration for the dress if required. For booking lead time less than 7 working days, please call us at 6327 3983 and we will do our best to help you with your request.

– Kindly note that availability of all items are based on a first-come-first-book basis.

– For wedding décor and props rental, La Belle Couture Weddings reserves the right to replace items with similar in the selected prop set should they become unavailable.

Q: If i don’t have a confirmed wedding date now, can i still rent a wedding dress, wedding décor and props?

Yes, of course! You can choose to rent a gown or wedding props that you really like even if you do not have a wedding date confirmed. By doing so, you get to enjoy current prices and not worry about price inflation. You may inform us once your wedding date is fixed, before we confirm your order. – In the event that the item that you have chosen is unavailable for your specified rental period, we will process a full refund via the mode of payment that you have paid for the order. Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for the refund to be successfully processed.

Q: Am I able to make changes to my order?

To make any adjustments to your order such as change of date or design, please contact us. As long as your selected dress/ wedding prop is available for your rental period, we will accommodate to your request. 

Q: Can I cancel my order if the dress doesn’t fit me or I’ve had a change of mind after I make the payment?

You can cancel your order by contacting us. There will be no cash refund upon cancellation. However, your refund will be given in the form of credits via a coupon code for your future orders with us. The credits will be of the same value as the booking you have made. Kindly note that the coupon code has no expiry date and is limited to one time usage.

Q: What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?

We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable, however unfortunately, if the item/s is/are damaged beyond repair, the fee will be the retail price of each item which can be found on the product’s page.

Q: What if the dress or some of the items of the wedding décor and props set are missing?

Once you have collected the item/s, it is in your care and responsibility. Thus, you will be charged the retail price of the item/s if it is lost during the rental period. However if you opt for delivery (where applicable), the responsibility for the item passes back to the dispatch or courier service upon return of the item during pick-up.


Q: Do you provide delivery services?

Yes, we can arrange delivery for wedding dress rental only within Singapore if you prefer, at an additional fee of $30 (one way). You may confirm with us about the delivery after your fitting session. If you do not require a fitting session, you may confirm the delivery with us immediately once we have confirmed your order. We will dispatch the order once we have received the security deposit & delivery fee which you can pay via bank transfer in this case.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery for wedding props rental at this juncture.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship orders within Singapore.

Q: Do you deliver on weekends?

We don’t currently deliver on weekends. Although we’d love to, our couriers only operate on business days.

Q: How long will it take for my dress to be delivered if I opt for delivery option?

The estimated standard delivery time is 7-8 business days from the day you confirm with us about the delivery. Orders will dispatch approximately 6-7 business days after your fitting session if alteration is required, and a further 1 – 2 business days is required for the item to reach you.  

If your wedding/ photo shoot takes place before the estimated delivery time, then you should do self-collection at our shop.

Q: What happens if my dress doesn't arrive within the specified delivery time?

In the rare case that your dress doesn’t arrive within the specified delivery time, please kindly contact us.

Q: What can I expect the condition of the dress when I receive it?

We have very strict quality control measures. All our dresses are dry-cleaned, pampered and preened after every use, so your dress will arrive in excellent condition.

Q: Can I arrange for the return of the gown/dress via courier?

Yes, the same delivery charges will apply. Follow these 3 steps:

  1. Place the dress in the garment bag.
  2. Our courier will pick up the package at your indicated address.
  3. Your security deposit less the delivery fee will be returned via bank transfer.
