ONLINE SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

For avoidance of doubt, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By making a transaction on www.labellecouture.com.sg, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Wedding Dress Rental

 

RENTAL PERIOD

  • Rental period for each wedding dress will be for a total of 7 days (inclusive of the day of collection and return).
  • Additional charges of $300 nett per additional 7 days or part thereof will apply beyond the maximum rental period of the first 7 days.

 

BOOKINGS

  • Upon receiving your order, we will contact you within the next 3 working days to confirm the availability of the wedding dress for your specified date as well as to arrange the fitting sessions, collection & return. In the event that the gown that you have chosen is unavailable for your specified rental period, we will process a full refund via the mode of payment that you have paid for the order. Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for the refund to be successfully processed.
  • The minimum lead time required for each order will be 7 working days prior to the day of collection. For booking lead time less than 7 working days, please call us at 6327 3983 and we will do our best to help you with your request.
  • Advanced appointments are required for fittings, collections & returns.
  • Availability of the preferred dress will be based on a first-come-first-book basis.

 

CHANGES TO THE ORDER

  • To make any adjustments to your order such as change of date or design, please contact us. As long as your selected dress is available for your rental period, we will accommodate to your request.  

 

CANCELLATION

  • In the event of cancellation due to unable to fit or change of mind, all payments by the Customer are non-refundable. However your refund will be given in the form of store credits via a coupon code for your future orders with us. The credits will be of the same value as the booking you have made. Kindly note that the coupon code has no expiry date and is limited to one time usage.



EXCUSED NON PERFORMANCE

  • In the event that La Belle Couture Weddings is unable or prevented from fulfilling the confirmed order for any reason beyond our control, including but not limited to failure of return or damage caused by past brides, we will then process a refund in the form of credits via a coupon code for your future orders with us. The credits will be of the same value as the booking you have made. Kindly note that the coupon code has no expiry date and is limited to one time usage.

 

PAYMENT

  • Your credit card is charged as soon as we receive your order. 
  • In the event of unavailibilty, the refund process (via the mode of payment that you have paid for the order) will take a maximum of 14 working days. 
  • In the event of cancellation or excused non performance, the refund process (via store credits) will take a maximum of 7 working days.

 

SAFETY DEPOSIT

  • A refundable safety deposit of $300 per dress (for local use) will be collected in cash on the day of collection of rental dresses. For overseas usage, a safety deposit of $500 per dress will be required. This will be refunded in full once the gowns are returned in its original condition within the stated rental period. 

 

ALTERATIONS & DRY CLEANING

  • Dry cleaning and alterations to fit (where possible) are complimentary. However a lead time of 7 working days are required for alterations. 

 

DAMAGE/ LOSS OF ITEMS

  • The Customer will be responsible for the cost of repair if the dress rented by the Customer is damaged during the rental period. If the dress is deemed to be beyond repair based on the reasonable judgment of La Belle Couture Weddings Pte Ltd or in the event of loss of item, the customer agrees to pay the full value of the item (retail price) as stated in the product’s page. 
  • The payment for loss/ damaged item will be offset from the monetary deposit already placed by the Customer with La Belle Couture Weddings Pte Ltd. Provided that where such deposit is insufficient, La Belle Couture Weddings Pte Ltd reserves the right to recover the full expense of such repair and/or replacement from the Customer within 3 days of the return date.

 

COLLECTIONS/RETURNS

  • Unless the Customer opts for delivery option, all collections and returns will be done at the La Belle Couture WeddingsPte Ltd shop located at 87 Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088508. 
  • Appointments are to be made in advance for collections/returns.

 

DELIVERY/ SHIPPING

  • Delivery within Singapore can be arranged at an additional charge of $30 (one-way) or $60 (two-way). 
  • The estimated standard delivery time is 7-8 business days from the day you confirm with us about the delivery. Orders will dispatch approximately 6-7 business days after your fitting session if alteration is required, and a further 1 – 2 business days is required for the item to reach you.  
  • If your wedding/ photo shoot takes place before the estimated delivery time, then you should do self-collection at our shop.
  • Kindly note that we do not deliver on weekends.
  • We are currently unable to support international shipping.

Wedding Décor & Props Rental


RENTAL PERIOD

  • Rental period for all the proops will be for a total of 3 days (inclusive of the day of collection and return).
  • Additional charges of 10% of the rental per additional 1 day  will apply beyond the maximum rental period of the first 3 days. This will be deducted from your security deposit.

 

BOOKINGS

  • Upon receiving your order, we will contact you within the next 3 working days to confirm the availability of the selected props and décor theme for your specified date. In the event that the props or décor theme that you have chosen is unavailable for your specified rental period, we will process a full refund via the mode of payment that you have paid for the order. Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for the refund to be successfully processed.

  • Availability of props and décor themes will be based on a first-come-first-book basis.
  • La Belle Couture Weddings reserves the right to replace items with similar in the selected prop set should they become unavailable.

  • A refundable security deposit of $250 is required upon collection of the rented props. This will be returned to the customer once the props are returned undamaged and in its original condition as when it left the premises within the stated rental period.

 

DAMAGE/ LOSS OF ITEMS

  • Inspection of all the rented props should be done upon collection to ensure that there is no defect to any of the props and then acknowledge via signature. Some items might show signs of wear and tear and this may be noted. If the customer does not inspect the items before leaving our premises, it will be deemed satisfactory and damage free. Please keep the packaging and ensure that they are in good condition for repacking. Any loss or damage to the packaging or boxes will incur charges.
  • The Customer will be responsible for the cost of repair/ replacement for damage or loss of any items rented by the customer & agrees to pay the full value of the item (retail price). The payment will be offset from the monetary deposit already placed by the Customer with La Belle Couture Weddings Pte Ltd. Provided that where such deposit is insufficient, La Belle Couture Weddings Pte Ltd reserves the right to recover the full expense of such repair and/or replacement from the Customer within 3 days of the return date.
