TERMS & CONDITIONS (“T&Cs”)
INTERPRETATION: In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the respective meanings –
CUSTOMER’S INFORMATION
“Customer” refers to the bride and groom, and includes any other representative or agents of the bride and groom, “LBCWPL” refers to La Belle Couture Weddings Pte Ltd
“Contract” refers to the invoice agreement for the supply of wedding related services, “Package” refers to all services stated in the Agreement between the Customer and LBCWPL

1. General
1.1. These (“T&Cs”)shall apply to the Contract and all subsequent products and services provided by LBCWPL pursuant to the Contract. The headings used below are for ease of reference and should not be used as an aid for interpretation nor does it limit the application of the terms in any way whatsoever.
1.2. This Agreement contains the whole agreement between the Parties and supersedes and
replaces any prior written or oral agreements, representations or understandings between
them. The Customer and LBCWPL confirm that they have not entered into this Agreement
on the basis of any representation that is not expressly incorporated into this Agreement.
1.3. The Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of the terms of the Contract by
LBCWPL shall be a claim in contract and, any consequential and/or indirect losses as well as
tortuous liabilities of the Customer’s, are specifically excluded. In the event of any breaches
of the Contract, LBCWPL shall have the option, at its own discretion, to rectify the
breach(es), up to the reasonable standard expected of a similar service provider or to provide
monetary compensation to the Customer provided always that LBCW’s total/cumulative
liability for breaches under this Contract shall not exceed 30% of the Contract Price reflected
on the Contract.
2. Excluded Charges
2.1. For Bridal Package
– Eyelash & Ampoule: $50nett
– Makeup artist early hours fee before 7am: $50nett/hr
– Change of makeup and hair for 2nd March in: $250nett (Subject to MUA’s availability)
– Split day Charge for same day morning and 1st march in makeup: $150nett
– Trial Makeup & Hair: $150nett (has to be conducted during our operating hours)
– Location Surcharge: $50/trip (Sentosa or Off-island)
2.2. For Pre Wedding Photography
– Eyelash & Ampoule: $50nett/set
– Makeup artist early hours fee: Before 9am: $30/hr | Before 7am: $50/hr
– 2nd Bridal look and above for photoshoot: $250nett
– Makeup artist follows: $250nett
– Photoshoot transportation: $30 – $45/hr excluding carpark and ERP charges
– Extension of hours: $100nett/hr (Moments)
– Last minute reschedule photo shoot: $300nett
– Rental of indoor studio: $300nett
– Photo aesthetical enhancement: $20nett/each
For Actual Day Photography
– Photographer before 7am early hour or after 11pm late hour charge: $100nett/hr
– Split day charge: $300nett
– Extension of hours (Petit): 3-10 hours: $300nett/hr OR (Full Works) Beyond 8 hours: $100nett/hr
– Photo aesthetical enhancement: $20nett/each
For Actual Day Videography
– Express Video Editing (mandatory for lunch express highlight): $300nett
– Videographer before 7am early hour or after 11pm late hour charge: $150nett/hr
– Split day charge: $600nett
– Extension of hours (Petit): 5-10 hours: $350nett/hr OR (Full Works) Beyond 8 hours: $180nett/hr
– Meals & transportation for AD photographers and videographers are not included in the package and have to be provided by couples (During the hours of service)
3. Payments
3.1. All payments by the Customer are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of
cancellation of any products and/or services or the cancellation of the Contract.
3.2. In the event of late payment or non payment where the payment of the contract amount is not received, or the payment is declined by the milestones stated, LBCWPL shall be entitled, without any prejudice to any other right or remedy:-
- 3.2.1. not to provide any further services or part of the services;
- 3.2.2. to require that the Customer make a payment in advance of any services or part of the Package services not yet supplied;
- 3.2.3. to terminate the contract without any further obligations to the Customer and to retain any monies already paid; and/or
- 3.2.4. not to provide any materials, services, or rental items due in the Package until such payment is made.
4. Package Expiry
4.1. All packages and service provisions in the contract are valid for 3 calendar years from the date of contracting.
5. Booking Cancellation Policy for Makeup & Hair, Floral, Photography, Videography & Car Rental services
5.1. In the event of cancellation or change of date of the above mentioned services after the
customer has confirmed, the following cancellation charges will be applicable:
– More than 90 days prior to the date of original date of service or product delivery : Amount
equivalent to 50% of applicable charges.
– Less than 90 days prior to the date of original date of service or product delivery : Amount
equivalent to 100% of applicable charges.
6. Damage/ Loss of Items
6.1. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of repair or loss of any items rented by the customer provided that if the same cannot be repaired based on the reasonable judgment of LBCWPL or is lost, the customer agrees to pay the full value of the item as stated in the “Item Collection Form”. In addition, if at the end of the wedding, any damages are found to have been done to any of the rental items as stated in the “Item Collection Form”, LBCWPL reserves the right to require the Customer to provide additional monetary deposit for the purposes of defraying the expense of the repair of such damage and/or the replacement of damaged property or to offset the cost of repair and/or replacement from any monetary deposit already placed by the Customer with LBCWPL. Provided that where such deposit is insufficient, LBCWPL reserves the right to recover the full expense of such repair and/or replacement from the Customer.
6.1. The Customer shall take good care of and shall not cause any damage / permit / suffer any damage to LBCWPL’s gowns, suits, outfits, rental items, any furniture, fittings, equipment or other property therein and shall make good and pay for any damage thereto (including accidental damage) caused by any act or omission (whether negligently or otherwise) of the Customer, his servants, agent or any other person.
7. Rental of Gowns/ Dresses/ Suits/ Tuxedos/ Jackets
7.1. A refundable cash deposit of a minimum of $300nett (for local use) and $500nett (for overseas use) is required for Gowns/ Dresses/ Suits/ Tuxedos/ Jackets upon collection of the same.
7.2. The maximum rental period of items is 7 calendar days from day of collection to day of return. Additional charges of $300nett per 7 days will apply beyond the maximum rental period.
7.3. In the event where the customer requests for change of design after having given a confirmation to LBCWPL, a surcharge of $300nett will apply.
8. The Customer’s Obligation
8.1. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that for the LBCWPL to be able to provide the Package services, the Customer shall cooperate with LBCWPL, as LBCWPL reasonably requires.
8.2. Instructions given by the Customer, by phone, verbal, email or text messages or any other form of communication will be taken as binding instructions.
8.3. LBCWPL may charge the Customer for any additional costs and expenses incurred by LBCWPL caused by the Customer’s instructions, failure to provide instructions or instructions by the advised timeline.
9. Copyright, License and Other Fees
9.1. The Customer shall be responsible for the cost of any music, or other entertainment for
services or products produced, whether arranged through LBCWPL or otherwise. All
royalties, permits, licence fees (including fees or royalties payable to the Performing
Rights Society Ltd or other organisations entitled to be paid in respect of music, sound
recordings, videos or films used at the Function) or other taxes and charges shall be solely
borne and paid by the Customer. The Customer shall also indemnify LBCWPL in respect
of all payments, losses, damage and expense in connection with the above. LBCWPL or
any of its affiliates or third party vendors shall have the rights to use the any photos taken
of the Customer in online and offline marketing collaterals and channels, for stock and
self-promotional purposes, including but not limited to, printed materials, web and printed
portfolio use, as well as use in contests and any future media that may be invented.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. LBCW will not have any liability or deemed to be in breach of this Agreement for any
delays or failures in performance of this Agreement, which result from circumstances
beyond the reasonable control of the LBCWPL. This may include, but not limited to
events such as:-
- 10.1.1. loss, damage, theft and/or failure of the LBCWPL or its third party’s equipment or products;
- 10.1.2. fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster;
- 10.1.3. war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not),
rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities;
- 10.1.4. nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout; and/or
- 10.1.5. failure of electricity or other civil services.
11. Warranties, Liabilities and Indemnities
11.1. The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless LBCWPL from and against all Claims
and Losses arising from loss, damage, liability, injury to the LBCWPL’s employees and
third parties, infringement of third party intellectual property, or third party losses by
reason of or arising out of the performance of this Agreement. For the purpose of this
Agreement, ‘Claims’ shall mean all demands, claims, proceedings, penalties, fines and
liability (whether criminal or civil, in contract, tort or otherwise); and ‘Losses’ shall mean
all losses including without limitation financial losses, damages, legal costs and other
expenses of any nature whatsoever.
12. Announcements/Disclosures
12.1. No Party shall issue or make any public announcement or disclose any information
regarding this agreement unless prior to such public announcements or disclosures it
furnishes all the Parties with a copy of such announcement or information and obtains the
approval of such persons to its terms. However, no Party shall be prohibited from issuing
or making any such public announcement or disclosing such information if it is necessary
to do so to comply with any applicable law. LBCWPL reserves the right to pursue legal
action against the Customer for any form of defamatory posts online and offline.
13. Excused Non-Performance
13.1. In the event that LBCWPL is unable or prevented from carrying out whole or part of its
obligations under the Agreement for any reason beyond the control of LBCWPL,
including but not limited to any laws, decrees or restraints by governmental authorities,
act of God, force majeure, strikes, war or riot, LBCWPL shall be excused during the
period of such event from performing its obligations hereunder but such inability shall as
far as possible be remedied with reasonable dispatch. LBCWPL shall reserve the right to
provide a replacement item or service provider of the same market value in the event of
the original item or service provider not being able to provide the service stated in the
Agreement.
14. Other Provisions
14.1. This Contract shall be governed by Singapore law. The Contract (Rights of Third Parties)
Act (Cap. 53B) shall be excluded from application to this Contract. Any amendment or
waiver of any terms of this Contract shall be in writing and acknowledged in writing by
LBCWPL.
